We accept MasterCard, Visa, and JCB. QR Payment is also available for local bank accounts only. Please be advised that our hotel operates as a cashless property.

Departure time is 12:00 noon. If you wish to extend your stay or request a late departure, please contact “Reception” to check availability and applicable charges.

 

DOCTOR

If you require medical care, please contact “Reception” immediately. Please be advised that all expenses associated with medical services and professional consultations are to be settled by the guest.

All power outlets in the hotel have an electric voltage of 220V.

Please note that extra beds are not available at this property. Baby cots are available upon request but must be reserved at least 7 days in advance.

Outgoing: Drop off at Concierge. Postage fees apply and must be settled by the guest.

 

MOVIES & TV

TV Channels Complimentary national and international channels are available in all guest rooms.

 

Smart TVs (Deluxe and Suites Only ) In rooms equipped with Smart TVs, guests may access streaming services using their own personal accounts. Please remember to log out before checking out for your security.

 

PARKING

Parking spaces are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary parking is limited to one car per room, and guests must register their vehicle at the Reception to receive this benefit.

  • Valet Parking: Please inform our security guards before receiving this service. Keys may be held by staff to facilitate vehicle movement for smooth operation.

  • Fees: Unregistered vehicles or additional cars are subject to a fee of 50 THB per hour.

 

SELF-SERVICE LAUNDRY

Located on the 3rd floor at 100 THB per cycle (washing or drying). Detergent is provided and already loaded inside the machine for your convenience.

 

 

 

 

 

 

HOTEL POLICIES
 

NON-SMOKING & CANNABIS POLICY

Craftsman Bangkok is a 100% smoke-free property. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and public areas.

  • Cigarette/Tobacco Smoking: Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of 4,000 THB.

  • Cannabis/Marijuana: The smoking or recreational use of cannabis is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation will result in a fine of 25,000 THB.
     

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in Time: Standard check-in is from 15:00. To guarantee room access prior to 12:00, an overnight rate will be applied.

  • Check-out Time: Standard check-out is at 12:00 noon. To guarantee a late check-out after 13:00, an additional night’s charge will be applied.

  • Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Outside of the guaranteed hours mentioned above, requests are subject to room availability only.
     

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

  • Guaranteed Access: If you require immediate access to your room for an early arrival or late departure, we recommend reserving an additional night. Alternatively, we offer complimentary luggage storage and access to our fitness facilities to freshen up.

  • Security Deposit: A damage deposit of THB 1,000 per night is required upon arrival. This can be settled via cash or credit card and will be fully reimbursed upon check-out, pending a room inspection.

  • Early Departure: Should you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, the room rate may be adjusted to the Best Available Rate published at that time.
     

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION

  • Non-Refundable Policy: For non-refundable bookings, full prepayment is required at the time of reservation.

  • Terms: Once confirmed, no changes or refunds are permitted. This includes cancellations, no-shows, or early departures, for which the full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
