Limousine Services

Booking and Payment
 

• Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the intended service time.

• All services are subject to vehicle availability.

• Full payment must be completed via credit card at the time of booking.

• Booking confirmation will be issued once the payment has been successfully received.
   

Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

• The service is non-refundable once the pre-payment has been successfully completed.

• Refunds will not be considered under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
   

Grace Period and Waiting Time
 

• A grace period for waiting is allowed as follows:

  • 120 minutes after airplane touchdown for airport pickups.

  • 30 minutes for all other pickup locations.

• If a passenger does not show up within the grace period, a waiting time charge may apply.
   

Amendments
 

• Any amendments to the booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• If the request is made less than 72 hours before the service, the booking will remain unchanged and cannot be amended.
