Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the intended service time.

All services are subject to vehicle availability.

Full payment must be completed via credit card at the time of booking.

Booking confirmation will be issued once the payment has been successfully received.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

The service is non-refundable once the pre-payment has been successfully completed.

Refunds will not be considered under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
Grace Period and Waiting Time

A grace period for waiting is allowed as follows:

120 minutes after airplane touchdown for airport pickups.

30 minutes for all other pickup locations.

If a passenger does not show up within the grace period, a waiting time charge may apply.
Amendments
-
Any amendments to the booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

If the request is made less than 72 hours before the service, the booking will remain unchanged and cannot be amended.
