Limousine airport Transfer Service

1. Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time.

• Bookings requested within 3 hours of pickup are subject to vehicle availability and will incur a 100% rush surcharge.

• All services are subject to vehicle availability.

• Full payment must be completed via credit card at the time of booking.

• Booking confirmation will be issued within 6 hours once payment has been successfully received.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The service is non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.

• Refunds will not be considered under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

3. Grace Period, Waiting Time, and Flight Delays

• Grace Period:

• Airport Pickups: Complimentary waiting allowance of up to 2 hours (120 minutes) from the actual flight landing time.

• Non-Airport Pickups: Complimentary waiting allowance of up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

• Flight Delays: Flights are monitored in real-time at no extra charge, and pickup times will be automatically adjusted.

• Overtime Waiting Surcharge: Waiting time beyond the grace period will incur an additional hourly charge based on vehicle category:

• Sedan & SUV: THB 450 per hour

• Van: THB 550 per hour

• Alphard & Mercedes-Benz: THB 750 per hour

4. Amendments

• Any amendments to the booking must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.

• Amendment requests made less than 12 hours before the service may be treated as a last-minute modification subject to applicable surcharges and availability.
