Capacity and Seating

1. • A maximum of 5-6 passengers is permitted per trip to ensure safety and comfort.

   • Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
      

2. Departure from hotel to BTS Ari

   • Please contact our Concierge or Reception team at least 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

   • To maintain the schedule for all passengers, the shuttle will depart promptly at the designated time. We recommend waiting in the main lobby area once checked in.
      

3. Return from BTS Ari to hotel

   • Please arrive at the meeting point 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up. To ensure a prompt response, kindly notify the hotel of your arrival via telephone or our social media channels.

   • To stay on schedule for all guests, the vehicle will depart promptly. If no passengers are present at the designated time, the driver will proceed with the route, and you will be invited to join the next available round.

   • The hotel reserves the right to reject service requests if the guest cannot be reached or has not contacted the hotel through the designated channels.
      

4. Route and operation time

   • Shuttle Service operates daily from 09:00 to 21:00 hours, providing pickups and drop-offs every hour or on demand, from/to Soi Phaholyothin 7-11.
